Blake was extremely thorough with his inspection, and provided a detailed report of items that needed fixed that were high priority and items that weren’t as major. He answered questions promptly, and provided an unbiased opinion. Having a re-inspection included was extremely helpful to confirm items were fixed appropriately. We felt much more confident with our decision to purchase our home based on Blake’s evaluation. Price was a little higher than average but it was well worth it in our opinion.
