Blake went above and beyond our expectations during the inspection of the property we are in the process of buying. We feel his attention to detail was excellent. We were also impressed with the thermal imaging (which was able to detect an active leak that would have gone unnoticed by the naked eye), the pictures taken, and the informative report.
