I had a home inspection done by Inspekt and Blake left no stone unturned. From the attic to the crawl space he noted every discrepancy. He even noted an older problem which had been taken care of in the past but the home owner had not yet disclosed. His report was accurate and complete with photos. When you couple a professional work ethic with a mobile lab that has up to date equipment like Blake Spann has and utilizes, satisfaction is a guaranty. If and when I needed another home inspection Inspekt would be first on my call list.
