As a first time homebuyer, I wanted to make sure I was protecting myself and making the best choice for my new home. Blake with Inspekt helped me put all my fears to rest. He was thorough, professional, and timely. Blake was patient and answered all of my questions. Inspekt’s thermal imager showed a leak in an upstairs bathroom that otherwise would have gone unnoticed. I received the inspection report back the same day as the inspection! It was very easy to read and included pictures for further clarification. After all the inspection repairs were completed, Blake came out to re-inspect the work that was done. I would highly recommend Inspekt to anyone in need of a home inspection.
