Absolutely the best I inspector I have met. We bought an older home and there were a lot of little things that were wrong and INSPEKT did not miss a single one. Our inspection report was over 60 pages long and included not only pictures of things that were wrong with the house, but CAD drawings of how they should be fixed to be correct! I attended the inspection as well, and Blake and I crawled into every nook and cranny of that house. He was very professional and personable. He explained everything to my wife and I, and answered all of our questions. He even gave my daughter a coloring book and a certificate to hang on her wall that certified our home as “Monster Free.” He was very friendly and very knowledgeable. Best in the business by far. He also emailed me about a month after the inspection just to see how things were going. And his rates are the same or less than anyone else in the area. I feel like I got much more than my money’s worth from this INSPEKT. I have spread their fliers and cards all around town and I would recommend INSPEKT to anyone thinking of buying or selling a home.
