Blake has now done two inspections for me and it is worth every penny. He is a very professional and knowledgeable home inspector. The first home had plumbing issues which he recognized and the seller wasn’t willing to replace or negotiate so I did not buy it. This saved me $4000+ replacement cost for the plumbing and/or who knows how much had there been a plumbing failure. Thank you Blake!!! #inspekt
